Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment

All bookings are managed under the following rental procedures:

• Advance Token: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment amount.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance payment must be settled either prior to departure or directly to the driver as per the agreed itinerary terms.
• Rates Structure: Base trip fares cover vehicle rental, driver allowances, and fuel. Toll taxes, state permit charges, parking fees, and border taxes are payable separately unless explicitly included in your official quotation.

2. Kilometers & Hourly Calculation

For outstation and local trip packages, kilometer and time metrics are calculated as follows:

• Garage to Garage: Kilometer and operational time limits are measured starting from our designated garage departure point back to our garage return point.
• Extra Kilometers/Hours: Any travel exceeding the contracted package limit or night allowances will be billed according to the standard per-kilometer or hourly rates defined in your initial quote.

3. Vehicle Rules & Passenger Conduct

To ensure passenger safety, vehicle hygiene, and compliance with motor vehicle laws:

• Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or handling of prohibited substances inside the vehicle is strictly forbidden.
• Seating Capacity: Passengers must strictly adhere to the government-permitted seating capacity of the assigned vehicle (e.g., Urbania or Tempo Traveller). Overcrowding is not permitted.
• Property Damage: Any intentional damage caused to the interior, seating, lighting systems, or AC units during the journey will be charged directly to the booking organizer.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Travel cancellations or rescheduling requests are governed by the following rules:

• Advance Notice: Cancellation requests submitted well prior to the travel date may be eligible for partial refunds or trip credit adjustments based on operational costs incurred.
• Last-Minute Cancellations: Advance token payments are non-refundable for cancellations requested within 24–48 hours of scheduled pickup.

5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While Brijesh Travels makes every effort to maintain punctuality and seamless travel schedules:

• We are not liable for journey delays caused by heavy traffic, severe weather, mechanical breakdowns, road construction, or sudden government highway blockades.
• In the rare event of a mechanical issue, Brijesh Travels will arrange an alternative replacement vehicle at the earliest available timeframe.

6. Modifications to Terms

Brijesh Travels reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changing operational policies or legal regulations.
